- Extreme Fitness is a private training and nutritional center located in Mira Loma, California. We offer specialized training for firefighters, law enforcement, athletes, military service members, and special forces. It doesn't stop there! Our training is very difficult and intense for civilians interested in pushing themselves to their limits. Yet, we are much more than that! Our goal is to change lives and connect with each and every client. We want them to know that fitness is not what you look like or who looks at you. Physical Fitness is what you can do with your body. We show them that they can do anything, and the only limitations are the ones that THEY impose! Mental Fitness is also our business. We build our clients mental fitness until they are able to accomplish anything they set their minds to. YOU tell your body what to do! Not the other way around. Give yourself the chance to see what you're capable of ...we guarantee you will impress yourself! Our mission is to motivate individuals and families toward a new fitness lifestyle they've never experienced before, proving that all goals are attainable and giving them the means to pass that attitude on to others.
